Michelle Stein Teer: Co-Founder & Academic Director
A Rhetoric and Communication researcher and speaker that has trained thousands of students and professionals in the political, business and academic sectors. Her PhD research paved way for the introduction of the SPECtrum of Rhetorical Intelligences Theory™ as a ground breaking rhetoric-cognitive method of analyzing individuals’ Personal Communication Profiles.
Since 2003, she lectures at Bar–Ilan University School of Communication, at IDC Hertzeliya’s Master Degree Program in the school of Communication, at Tel Aviv University’s MBA program and is a visiting lecturer at most Universities and Colleges in Israel. Among her clients are many Ministries, such as: the Knesset, Foreign Affairs, Finance, Tourism, Police, IDF and GPO; and Global companies, such as: Teva, SanDisk, Phillips, HP, HSBC Bank, Novartis, and more.
Stein Teer performs regularly on TV and for five years she initiated and presented a television spot – ‘Beyond Words’ – on the Knesset Channel and on Channel 2, analyzing body language of Israeli and international politicians. She is the author of two books: ‘Acting in front of the Camera’ according to the teachings of Ruth Dytches (2003), and the Biography ‘Ralph Klein – The Coach’ (2000). She also directed the documentary Holocaust film ‘Kleiner Rudy’ (2005).
Stein Teer is a Political Rhetoric PhD candidate in the School of Communication at Bar Ilan University. Her research examines “What Makes a Speech Effective?”, and it is currently awaiting its final judgement. She holds an MA in Communication Arts from the New York Institute of Technology, and a BA in Political Science from Tel Aviv University. She has dual citizenship – Israeli and American, and is bilingual.

She is a co-founder of SUPERSONAS –a leading social organization aimed at promoting gender balance in influential and decision-making platforms in Israel and abroad. During her professional career, she founded and served as Director of the Marketing, Admissions and Communications Department at The Hebrew Reali Schools in Haifa, Israel.
Galit Holds an MA in Executive Public Administration from the University of Haifa, and a BA in English Literature and Liberal Arts from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. Growing up in Boston Massachusetts, Galit is fluent in both Hebrew and English.

DESERT 19 – an outsource agency for Administrative Assistants led by women [in the heart of the Israeli desert in Mitzpe-Ramon.
McCann Valley – an award-winning digital agency in Mitzpe-Ramon.
Spring Valley – a technological hub in the heart of the Kinneret Lake in northern Israel.
Lev 19 – an outsource bookkeeping agency led by women in Northern Israel.
She is also a founding partner and investor at Innovesta – the crowd diligence platform.
Rado’s periphery social enterprises created numerous professional and vocational opportunities. They changed the lives of over 100 employees and their families, especially women who suffered from chronic unemployment.
Rado received the Dun & Bradstreet’s 2016 award for Israel’s Leading Social Enterprise, and the 2016 Leadership for Women award by Saloona, the leading Israeli women’s digital magazine.
